Although this will make little difference to how you use Arnold, there was an important update on our server to make the interaction between Arnold and our Gecko Direct Debits system quicker.

New Feature!

One of our subscribers, just this morning, asked if there was a way they could run a query, and then extract all the names and address out so they could do a mail merge and post physical Christmas Cards.

Well ... in less than four hours, we've delivered!

Simply go the Member Menu, and select the Query Members button from the second tab.

Select your parameters (account status, enrolled classes etc ...) and then Export To File.

You can then export all the names, and addresses, to a .csv file which you can then use as a mail merge file with your usual word processor.

Nothing too major in this release, just fixed a few minor bugs.

One major change however ...

If you have now used up all your allocated accounts, then unlike in previous versions where you cannot log in, you may now log in with restricted access, and delete any old accounts to bring you back under your subscription level.

NEW CHART!

Have you got members who train really inconsistently?

Well now you can show them!

Open the Main Member screen, select the Enrollments tab, and press the new Chart icon on the right.

A new window will appear where you can select a date range and then get a Column Graph of their attendances for that range, grouped by the week!

PLUS ... This chart also appears on the Contact Report!

So you can print it out and sit down with your student and show them their training consistency!

NEW REPORT!

After consultations with several gyms, we've added a new report that displays most of the Contact's information.

It's now really easy to print off their Grading History, Class Attendance Summary, Competition Results and their Notes, for their entire history or a subset of time.

This report is perfect for an end of year review, where you can sit down with each of your gym members and review their performance over the previous 12 months, and record new Goals for 2015!
