A big thank you to those who have made some small, but important suggestions which have gone into this minor release.

Firstly the Class Attendance Report, available from the Class/Member Registration Screen, has now got more information on it! We hope you find it useful.

And also another new subscriber asked for the same Class Registration screen to be re-sizable ... Done!

There was also a minor bug fixed with viewing the history of emails on the Account Master Screen which we also identified and fixed.

Remember, if you have any suggestions, big or small ... please send them through!

Some nice changes in this release.

Firstly, a new chart! See you class attendances over time, even on specific days:

Just click the Reports & Charts button on the main menu.

Also in this release, you can now review the history of emails sent to each member. This displays as a new tab at the bottom of the Member Master screen.

We've also improved the Self-Check in by allowing the member to find themselves if they have forgotten their membership card.

And we've given you the option to change your own password. This function is available from the Main Menu at the top of the screen.

Although this will make little difference to how you use Arnold, there was an important update on our server to make the interaction between Arnold and our Gecko Direct Debits system quicker.

New Feature!

One of our subscribers, just this morning, asked if there was a way they could run a query, and then extract all the names and address out so they could do a mail merge and post physical Christmas Cards.

Well ... in less than four hours, we've delivered!

Simply go the Member Menu, and select the Query Members button from the second tab.

Select your parameters (account status, enrolled classes etc ...) and then Export To File.

You can then export all the names, and addresses, to a .csv file which you can then use as a mail merge file with your usual word processor.

Nothing too major in this release, just fixed a few minor bugs.

One major change however ...

If you have now used up all your allocated accounts, then unlike in previous versions where you cannot log in, you may now log in with restricted access, and delete any old accounts to bring you back under your subscription level.
